His Brother Richard ROBERT I (called THE DEVIL, duke of Xormandy: d. Nicaea, Asia Minor, July 22, 1035. Father of William the Conqueror and younger son of Duke Richard II, he succeeded his brother Richard III, whom he was accused of poisoning, in 1028.
