Recover Money Due: Replevin cannot be used to collect a debt, to recover money due on account, to enforce a contractual duty, or to secure the possession of land. It can be maintained only to recover specific personal property which is capable of identification and delivery. Such property may include valuable papers, such as records, bills, notes, bonds, and stock certificates; but as a general rule money is not subject to replevin unless it is so marked or labeled as to be capable of identification.
GRESHAM'S LAW, gresh'amz, in economics, is usually stated as "bad money drives out good." The law stems from the fact that money has a value both as money and as a commodity in the open market. The former value is set arbitrarily by law and is relatively fixed; the latter is determined by supply and demand and varies from time to time, "Good money" has a higher value as a commodity than as money and will disappear from circulation.

The plants usually recover by the evening. If you discover a neglected hanging basket, cut back any severely wilted stems and immerse the compost in a bowl of water. Remove and place in a cool position until the plants recover.
