SANTA CLARITA - The median price of a single- family homefamily home in the Santa Clarita Valley rallied in April to a record $643,000 after dipping earlier in the year, a monthly real estate survey said Wednesday.
It's the first single- family homedigit annual increase since November 2001, when the median price increased an annual 9.2 percent to $238,000.
